Cancellation Policy

Your follow up appointment should be scheduled within the 3 month time period of your childs first Hair-Apy Haircut. Extended appointments past the 3 months will prolong progress in minimizing triggers. We provide your service the time and attention it deserves. As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice cancellation / appointment adjustments. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in a $15.00 charge. As a mobile provider the appointments booked are subject to be delayed, changed, or postponed due to driving conditions , weather , traffic or unforseen circumstances from the previous appointment. Please be patient with our service provider if any of these situations were to occur. Hair-Apy is not responsible for any damages or injuries before during or after the service provider enters the location of haircut. PAYMENT POLICY: All payments will be collected and cards will be processed by day of appointment @ 10p.m . Insufficient amounts are subject to a 35.00 inconvenience charge along with any and all charges Hair-Apy LLC occrues due to the clients error.
